Prior to the renovation the back yard consisted of an overgrown cedar hedge along the back property line, a 10'x10' covered deck and grass. It appeared small and lacked functionality.The front yard was asphalt driveway, overgrown shrubs and grass.

The re-design showcases a new covered deck measuring 18' x 22' and a 150sf pond with two stream waterfalls. The entire yard is planted. And there is no grass. A path circles the back yard and an intermediate path off of the deck merges to form a smaller loop.

Birds, frogs, bees and butterflies have enjoyed their time this summer. Looking forward to their stay in the years to come.
