Our approach is to always start with an inquiry: What are the things I love doing outside that I can’t do right now? Or, what have I always wanted to do that I never thought I could in my own space? Or, what is the difference I want to make to my daily routine? These are great questions. From there the design will flow. And the specifics to follow become a puzzle to solve. What is essential, luxury and where does it go best to create a natural and workable flow?

Can you imagine a beautiful building, residential or commercial, without any landscaping? Or worse, a bland, sterile or derelict landscape? This depends on the designer and the project! Let’s use a basic design of a standard Vancouver lot of a single family home, as an example.
